The average size of
a guest room in the Homeport B&B is a spacious 225 square
feet- that's 15' by 15'! Our conference and wedding facilities
include a 1000 square foot grand reception hall; a 500 sq. ft.
formal parlor; and a 300 sq. ft. dining room, as shown in the
floor plans below.
*When available, the
sitting room of the Captain's Suite may be used as a private breakaway
room for conferences.
The Homeport B&B
boasts spectacular views in all directions and is set well back
from Douglas Avenue, 75 feet above street grade.
