set and features a marble fireplace*. Located on the second floor
at the front of the house the view is across historic Douglas
Avenue to St. Peters church and a grassy common that served as
a paupers burial ground until the early 1800's. The relaxing TV
/ sitting room is decorated with Persian rugs over hardwood floors
and has a work desk with telephone, computer plug in, and several
cozy chairs. There is an efficiency kitchen with
microwave, fridge, and sink.
The private bath has a restored antique cast iron claw footed
soaker tub/shower that was salvaged from a local demolition site
.
* Unfortunately all the fireplaces where disabled many
years ago and are decorative only.
